Self-evaluation is arguably one of the best ways for students to understand their international experiences. Encouraging students and young professionals to think deeply and analytically about their time in cross-cultural environments will allow them to discover the skills they built and the lessons they learned, as well as assisting them in planning future goals and international experiences.
